Program Delivery Coordinator

We now have an new exciting opportunity for a Program Delivery Coordinator to join our busy team.

The Role

In this busy role you will support the Program Delivery Manager to ensure the reach and impact of the Life Ed program across Queensland, including responsibility for the recruitment and retention of Qld schools and early learning centres into the Life Ed program.

In this hands on role, you will work with schools and early learning centres to effectively schedule and timetable our range of programs, ensuring their needs are met, together with achieving LEQ’s service delivery and funding targets.  Working knowledge of Salesforce will be required.

An understanding of the school system will be highly beneficial, as you will be confident in building successful relationships, both over the phone and in writing, with Principals, Coordinators and other decision makers.

This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for 2 direct reports.

About You

You will have excellent administration skills, including previous scheduling, planning or timetabling experience.   This will include active follow up of booking enquiries via phone or email, and have the ability to think and plan ahead.

You will have demonstrated experience in working to targets and deadlines, and prioritising those needs.

You will bring strong relationship building capability, both internally and externally.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including using Excel for reports will be required, together with a working knowledge of Salesforce.

Previous leadership experience, to inspire and motivate will also be required.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Fundraising Manager to join our busy team.

The Role

We have an exciting year planned and are now searching for an experienced Marketing and Fundraising Manager on a part time basis to lead the way on a 12 month maternity leave contract.

This is a critical role to Life Ed Qld’s success as you will take ownership of the revenue generation and will be responsible for executing the relevant strategies and initiatives to meet our goals and targets.

In this hands on role, key focus areas will include campaign management; monitoring, analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and fundraising strategies, using a data driven approach to drive decisions.  You will have responsibility for growing revenue from our Kids Protect Team regular giving program, supported by more than 7,000 Queenslanders. You will also drive social impact marketing and fundraising campaigns to the wider public.   You will bring a strategic approach to fundraising and donor engagement.

You will also have responsibility for leading and managing a team of 5 staff, comprised of both marketing and fundraising specialists.

About You

You will have previous fundraising and/or marketing experience at a senior level, together with demonstrated leadership experience to inspire and motivate a small team. You will also have hands on experience in developing campaigns using multiple channels, including social media.

You will demonstrate project management principles and have the capacity to multitask and see tasks through to completion, on time and on budget.

You will have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally.

Your previous experience will demonstrate your ability to work in a busy environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work.

Previous experience using Eloqua or similar marketing automation solution, as well as knowledge of Salesforce will be necessary.

Fundraising Database Officer

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Database Officer to join our busy Fundraising team.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for our fundraising database and all financial transactions from our supporters, ensuring they are accurately processed and receipted.

You will initiate regular monthly gift payment processes via credit card and direct debit requests, as well as complete decline reprocessing and associate communications with the supporters.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, cleansing and reporting of our supporters from our database and be confident in using Salesforce, or similar CRM.

You will also play a role in the effective communication to our supports.  This may include obtaining donations over the phone and online; updating of supporting information in our database in line with privacy legislation, and assist with inbound and outbound email and calls for appeals, declines, and campaigns.

You will also work closely with the Marketing and Fundraising Manager and internal team, together with external agencies, to support the implementation and database administrations of our fundraising strategies.

About You

You will have excellent administration skills, including strong database management and previous payment processing experience on a large scale.

You will have exceptional eye for detail and accuracy skills, including reconciliation of financial payment.

You will have demonstrated experience working to strict deadlines, and prioritising tasks.

Excellent customer service skills, including well development written and verbal communication skills will be required.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including intermediate to advanced Excel, together with a working knowledge of Salesforce will also be required.
